1. About the App
Smart Mart EG Creative Hub (creative.erpsmartmarteg.com) is an internal tool owned and operated by Smart Mart EG, Egypt. It is used to create marketing videos for Smart Mart EG's own products and to publish them to Smart Mart EG's own accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
2. Who may use it
Only staff who have been given an account by a Smart Mart EG administrator. Accounts are personal; do not share your password. We may suspend any account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Publish only to accounts owned by Smart Mart EG and only content Smart Mart EG has the right to use.
- Follow the terms, community guidelines and branded-content rules of each platform you publish to.
- Do not publish false product information, prices or claims, fake testimonials, misleading before/after content, copyrighted music or characters without a license, or political or sensitive content.
- Label AI-generated content and commercial content wherever the platform provides a way to do so.
- Do not attempt to access data or features beyond your role.
4. Connected accounts
Connecting a social account authorizes the App to act on that account only within the permissions shown on the platform's consent screen (for TikTok: basic profile, video upload and video publishing). An administrator can disconnect at any time from Settings → Connections. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
The App is provided "as is" for internal use. We aim to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
